| Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some systems due to differences in monitors and/or display cards because computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can\'t be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product\'s slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed, please call Gator Custom Blinds and make an appointment for an in-home estimate and a friendly sales representative will bring the actual samples to your home for examination. |

| Type of Warranty Limited Lifetime on Northern Heights, WoodPlus, Design Basics products. What is Covered These wood, composite and faux wood blind products are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser for the above stated time period provided that: (1) The product was properly installed in a residential dwelling; (2) The product was made or assembled exclusively from Springs Window Fashions’ materials and components; (3) Springs Window Fashions recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications. Who is Covered This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser of the above stated Northern Heights, WoodPlus and Design Basics blinds. Obligations to The Consumer The obligations of Springs Window Fashions are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective. Springs Window Fashions is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the blind down or reinstalling the product. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts. What the Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installations, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Some slight warpage, as well as natural variations in color and grain effect, are normal with a wood product and not considered defects. Areas of high humidity may cause excessive warpage of wood slats. In addition, some loss of color intensity or discoloration may occur in plastic materials or wood finishes when exposed to direct sunlight over long periods of time. All cords will eventually wear out. Springs Window Fashions considers these things normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Colors may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match samples of previous purchases. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES. No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty. SPRINGS WINDOW FASHIONS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. |
