3/8" Graber Cocoon Double Cell Blackout Cellular Shades provide maximum privacy and light control. The 3/8 inch double cell blackout design blocks out most of the sun's harmful rays by cutting out all of the sunlight. The 3/8 inch double cellular shade is the most popular cellular shade we have. The double cell design does an excellent job of blocking out the heat and the cold. They are room darkening so they are great in bedrooms where you need to sleep during the day or in TV/ entertainment rooms. If you have a room with a view the cellular shades are a perfect solution. When lifted up the stack is so minimal that you don't hardly even notice they are there. These Graber 3/8" double cell shades will go with virtually any room decor. They can be used in Traditional settings and can also be used in the most contemporary of rooms. The fabric is soft and durable but is also a blackout material. Spot cleaning or light vacuuming is all that is needed to keep them looking great. They also are neutral to the streetside no matter what color you choose for the inside.

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product\'s slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. TYPE OF WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime

WHAT IS COVERED
This CrystalPleat™ cellular shade product is warranted
against original defects in materials or workmanship for as
long as the original purchaser owns the product provided
that:

(1)the product was properly installed in a residential
dwelling;
(2)the product was made or assembled exclusively from
Springs Window Fashions’ materials and components;

(3)Springs Window Fashions recommendations were
followed with regard to limitations and specifications.

WHO IS COVERED
This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser
of the above stated DiamondCell shade.

OBLIGATIONS TO THE CONSUMER
The obligations of Springs Window Fashions are limited
to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective.

Springs Window Fashions is not responsible for shipping
costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the shade
down or reinstalling the product.

If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be
made with like or similar parts.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover conditions or damages
caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to
follow instructions for measurement, installation, cleaning
or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not
covered by the warranty.

All fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to
the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight,
plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear
out. Springs Window Fashions considers these things normal
wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEW OF
ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR
OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES.

No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.

SPRINGS WINDOW FASHIONS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY
WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
